Once you sign up, you will be able to obtain a free API key from your dashboard. Your API key will be used to authenticate every request and API call you make to APIVerve.

Your API Key is unique to you and should never be shared publicly. If exposed, your subscription may be abused. If at any point you feel like your API Key has been compromised, Contact Us so we can change your API Key.

APIVerve has strict standards when it comes to your data. APIVerve will not use your data in any model training or sold to any 3rd party providers. All data processed through our APIs is not shared with anyone.

Any information used for user verification or payment processing will be shared with our subprocessors for the sole purpose of providing you with the APIVerve features. Nothing more, nothing less.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can do this from your dashboard.

If you upgrade your current plan, you are given immediate access to the new plan's features and limits. No need to wait for any processing on our end. You gain instant access

If you cancel your current plan, you will continue to get access to the plan's features until the end of the billing cycle. Once your plan cancels, you will be automatically placed in the Free Trial plan.

You can view your plan usage from your dashboard. You will be able to see how many requests you have made and how many tokens you have left for the month, your next billing cycle, and the amount due for the upcoming month.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. APIVerve is contract free, so you can subscribe at any time, change plans at any time, and cancel your plan at any time.

You will still have full access to your plan until the end of your billing cycle when you cancel.

You can access, view, and download your invoices by going to your dashboard and clicking on the Analytics" tab.

From there, your invoices are on the bottom of the page, where you can view and download them.

When you reach your token limit for the month, you will be notified via email that you have reached your limit and all API calls will be blocked. You can read more about our token limits in our documentation.

Good standing customers can always request additional tokens for the month by contacting us at no additional cost.

A token is a unit of measurement that is used to track your API usage. Each API call you make to APIVerve uses a certain number of tokens per API Call.

For example, if you make a call to the WHOIS Lookup API, you will use 1 token per call. If you make a call to the Spell Checker API, you will use 2 tokens per call.

Each API has its own token usage (typically 1 Token per call), which you can view in the Marketplace.

Yes, all paid plans offer a 25% discount for students. To apply for the student discount, you must have a valid student email address. Simply checkout with your .edu email address and your discount will be automatically applied.

If your email address is not automatically recognized, you can contact us with your student email address and we will apply the discount to your account. If you are on the free trial and need additional bonus tokens for the month, you can also contact us with that request and we will grant you tokens on your account.

Yes, you can change your payment method at any time. You can do this from your dashboard and selecting "Wallet"

If you believe you made a mistake signing up for a paid subscription with APIVerve, please contact us and we'll be happy to offer you a full refund within 3 days of signing up for a paid subscription.
